Our AEO/GEO agent: tailored evaluation and reporting
HolistiCRM has completed its proprietary agent through the GINOP marketing-agent programme. For an AEO/GEO assignment, we tailor that foundation to the client’s questions, approved facts, selected evidence sources and reporting requirements.
The value is the connection between an observation and a decision. A marketing manager needs a topic priority. A product, policy or category owner needs a claim and its applicable source. Ecommerce and store teams need channel, variant and location context. Procurement needs to inspect what was measured, reviewed and handed over. The agent forms part of a service that combines external evidence, custom analysis and expert interpretation.

| Configuration | What we agree | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Questions and personas | Audience, intent, language, region and relevant topics | Results answer the client’s actual decisions. |
| Measurement inputs | Selected surfaces, collection mode and permitted external data | Evidence is traceable and comparable. |
| Approved facts | Official sources, version/date and responsible reviewer | Product interpretation has a defined basis. |
| Evaluation rules | Mentions, recommendations, citations, claim status and failures | Different measures retain explicit denominators. |
| Report views | Management, product/source and implementation outputs | Each stakeholder can act on the findings. |
| Review and follow-up | Approval responsibilities, change record and remeasurement | A proposed action is distinguished from a published intervention. |
An existing core does not mean every adapter is already operational. Access, licence conditions, supported fields and data flows are validated for the assignment. Selected platforms can also supply content recommendations and automation of their own; our configuration combines useful outputs with client-specific evaluation and expertise.
| Industry | Facts and context | Reviewer |
|---|---|---|
| Insurance | Policy version, cover, exclusions and process | Policy/product owner |
| Retail | Product, location, channel, opening/pickup and freshness | Category/store operations |
| Ecommerce | SKU/variant, merchant, offer, delivery and returns | Category/ecommerce owner |
| Banking | Product version, eligibility and official next step | Product owner |
These are assignment configurations, not claims that every feed or integration has been deployed. Selected data access and adapter functionality are checked before commitments.
Human review remains part of the work
The reviewer checks whether a cited source supports the actual claim and whether the fact is current for the question. Unsupported or ambiguous statements are kept visible. Responsible product, policy, category and operations owners approve proposed interpretations and content changes through the agreed process.
Relevant consumer-business knowledge, AI-development depth and SEO/AEO expertise help determine which differences matter and what should be investigated. The output is a brief or technical task with evidence, an owner and an acceptance check.
Inspect the reporting structure
The DUMMY report and content brief illustrate the evidence chain with fictional records. They explain the format; they do not demonstrate a client’s measured improvement, production access to a vendor, or an independently benchmarked agent result.
A live assignment uses agreed sources and configuration, retains failed observations, and compares suitable question cells after approved changes. Neither the agent nor a platform subscription guarantees an AI recommendation.
Review the agent workflow and DUMMY report, then discuss the configuration your team needs.
